About us

A London pest control service, built around inspection

EVO Pest Control looks after homes and businesses across London and nearby areas. The work is straightforward: find out what is actually there, find out how it got in, and deal with both.

Who we are

Pest control across London and nearby areas

EVO Pest Control is a pest control service based at 1 Fulham Palace Rd, London W6 8AB, working across London and the surrounding areas. We cover residential properties — houses, flats, maisonettes, HMOs and rented homes — and commercial premises including restaurants, cafés and pubs, offices, shops, warehouses and other business properties.

The pests we deal with most are the ones London produces most: rats and mice getting into older housing stock through drains and service gaps, cockroaches moving between flats along shared voids, bed bugs carried home from a trip, ants trailing in from a nest under a patio, and wasps setting up in a soffit over the summer. Alongside those we handle spiders, fleas and mites, mosquitoes, bees and wood-boring insects — and a good number of calls where nobody yet knows what the pest is.

What runs through all of it is that the visible problem is rarely the whole problem. A trail of ants leads back to a nest somewhere else. Mouse droppings point to a gap. Rats in a loft usually trace to something at ground level. That is why the inspection comes first and the treatment second — and why, when the real answer is a repair rather than a treatment, we say so.

The line is open 24 hours, which matters more often than you would think. A cockroach in a commercial kitchen at eleven at night, or something in the ceiling at two in the morning, is not a thing anyone wants to sit on until Monday.

How we work

What you can expect from us

No inflated claims and no invented credentials. These are the things we will actually do.

  • We inspect before we treat

Treating a guess is the most common reason a pest problem comes back. Every job starts by establishing what is actually there, how far it extends and how it is getting in.

  • We tell you what we found

In plain language: what it is, what we propose to do, what to expect afterwards and whether a follow-up is likely. If the honest answer is that nothing needs treating, you get that answer.

  • Homes and businesses both

Houses, flats and HMOs, and commercial premises including restaurants, offices, shops and warehouses. The pressures differ and the approach is planned around them.

  • We say when it is not our job

Sometimes the real fix is a drainage contractor, a builder or a beekeeper. We would rather point you at the right trade than keep treating around a defect.

Our approach

How a job actually goes

  1. Step 1: Listen first

Most calls give away more than people realise. What you saw, where, at what time of day and how long it has been going on all narrow it down before anyone arrives.

  2. Step 2: Look properly

The evidence is almost never where the sighting was. We look at the voids, the service entries, the roof space and the ground level outside.

  3. Step 3: Explain plainly

You get told what was found and what it means without being sold a package you did not need or frightened into one.

  4. Step 4: Follow through

Where a pest needs a programme rather than a single visit, that is planned and said up front, not discovered halfway through.

Commercial

Working in business premises

In a commercial property a pest problem touches hygiene, day-to-day operation and what customers and staff see. In food premises it is a compliance matter as well. We work in restaurants, cafés and pubs, offices, shops and retail units, warehouses and other business properties across London.

  • Inspection of the risk points specific to your premises
  • Attention to deliveries, refuse areas, drains, ducting and storage
  • A clear account of what was found and what was done
  • Straight talk about whether the source sits inside your unit or outside it
