Bed Bug Treatment
Bed bugs live in seams, joints and fixings within a few feet of where people sleep. Finding them takes a slow, methodical search.

Sometimes you know exactly what you are dealing with. Often you just know something is wrong. Either way, the first step is an inspection.

The problem
Plenty of calls do not arrive with a diagnosis attached. Droppings in a cupboard that could be from a mouse or a rat. Bites that could be fleas or bed bugs or neither. A noise in the ceiling. Something small and fast that disappeared behind the fridge. An insect in a jar and a question about what it is.
That is what general pest control covers. Rather than guessing and treating for the most likely answer, we inspect the property, work out what is actually there, and tell you what it is before anything is applied. If the answer is that nothing needs doing, that is a perfectly good outcome and we will say so.
It also covers the situations that do not fit neatly under one pest — a property being taken over or let and checked before anyone moves in, a commercial premises that wants a routine look at its risk points, or a site where more than one thing is going on at once.

Signs to look for
General pest control is usually the right starting point when:
Why it needs doing properly
Treating the wrong pest costs money and time and leaves the real problem running. Bites blamed on bed bugs that turn out to be fleas, mouse treatment for what is actually a rat with a drain defect behind it, or an insect treatment for something that turned out to be harmless — all of these are common and all of them are avoidable with a proper look first.
An inspection also finds the things that will not be obvious from a sighting: how far activity extends, what is drawing it in, and whether the building fabric is part of the problem.
And it gives you a straight answer about whether treatment is warranted at all. Not every finding needs treating.

Treatment deals with what is there now. These are the things that reduce the chance of it coming back.
Working across London means dealing with a wide range of buildings — Victorian terraces with suspended floors and ageing drainage, converted flats with shared voids and risers, purpose-built blocks, and commercial premises in dense parades. The building often explains the pest, which is why the inspection looks at the structure and not only at the room where something was seen.
EVO Pest Control works across London and nearby areas, in homes and in commercial premises, from 1 Fulham Palace Rd, London W6 8AB.

Yes. A pre-occupancy inspection is a sensible thing to do, particularly with older properties and with any property that has stood empty for a while.
It happens more often than people expect, particularly in older buildings. We will plan the order of work so the treatments do not work against each other, and explain what is being done in what sequence.
Yes. We work in residential properties and in commercial premises including restaurants, offices, shops and warehouses, across London and nearby areas.
Then we will tell you. Not every finding warrants a treatment, and it is better for everyone that you hear that from us than pay for something you did not need.
